The challenges we face—like housing, childcare and workforce development—aren’t solved in silos. The best solutions come when we bring people together, align our efforts, and take action. Boone County has the talent, vision, and momentum to tackle these challenges head-on, and I can’t wait to get to work alongside this incredible community.”

Boone County is entering an exciting period of growth, and with Andrea’s leadership, we look forward to expanding our efforts in business attraction, workforce development, and quality-of-life initiatives. We invite you to join us in welcoming Andrea and supporting Boone EDC’s continued success.
