The Town of Thorntown is seeking contractors to submit quotes for an exterior painting project (approx. 1,500 SF) including pressure washing, scraping, caulking, and painting walls, window trim, and doors.
Scope of Work:
• Pressure wash building exterior (brick and block)
• Scrape old paint, caulk as needed
• Paint exterior walls, window trim, and doors
Submission Requirements:
• Project timeline (completion by Sept. 30, 2025)
• Relevant qualifications/licenses
Payment Terms:
The project is federally funded through the 180 Makeover Program (ARPA). Payments are on a reimbursement basis, with a 45-day processing time for the first invoice.
