Workforce Training: Quality Technician Certificate

Ready to sign up?

Step 1:

Complete the registration form by October 18th if you are seeking grant funding or October 24th if you are paying out of pocket (see below).

Step 2:

If you elected to be invoiced, Purdue MEP will be in touch.

Or, if you’d like to explore using Workforce Ready Grant Funding to pay for your training*, please read the requirements here.  If you meet the requirements:

  • Complete the online survey or click on the link under the “HOW TO APPLY” section.
  • When asked “Which high-growth field are you interested in?”, select Advanced Manufacturing.
  • Select Purdue MEP (Carmel) as the training provider.

The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) will confirm your eligibility for the Workforce Ready Grant funding. If approved, you will receive a link via email to complete the registration application. If you do not receive a link, please email Michele Beck with Purdue MEP.

*To qualify for the grant, you must not have earned a certificate currently covered by the program. Please refer to the list of qualifying training programs.

Step 3:

Once you submit your grant interest form to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD), DWD will be in touch with Purdue MEP.  Purdue MEP will notify you whether you qualify for the grant, and if not, your company will be invoiced.
